Biography
Dr. Min Young Yoon is an Assistant Professor of Management at the McCoy College of Business at Texas State University. Her research focuses on leadership, belongingness, and the work-family interface. Specifically, she examines how organizations can navigate differences across groups and foster collaboration and well-being among employees, with a particular focus on engaging traditionally privileged groups in these efforts. She also examines the psychological mechanisms underlying these processes within organizations. Her work has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology and Psychology of Men & Masculinities. Dr. Yoon currently serves on the editorial board of Psychology of Men & Masculinities.
