Dr. Ruchi Kukde is a postdoctoral scholar and lecturer in the Department of Organization, Workforce, and Leadership Studies at Texas State University, contributing to NSF-funded projects and advancing research in STEM education, healthcare, and Prior Learning Assessment (PLA). As a mixed-methods researcher specializing in data analytics, statistical modeling, and interdisciplinary inquiry, she applies advanced analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights that inform research, policy, and practice. With over five years of experience in teaching courses in signal processing, machine learning, problem-solving, decision-making, and human systems in the workplace, Dr. Kukde is dedicated to developing students' analytical and critical thinking skills.
