Dr. Ruchi Kukde is a postdoctoral scholar and lecturer in the Department of Organization, Workforce, and Leadership Studies at Texas State University, contributing to NSF-funded projects and advancing research in STEM education, healthcare, and Prior Learning Assessment (PLA).
