Biography and Education

Dr. Ruchi Kukde is a postdoctoral scholar and lecturer in the Department of Organization, Workforce, and Leadership Studies at Texas State University, contributing to NSF-funded projects and advancing research in STEM education, healthcare, and Prior Learning Assessment (PLA). As a mixed methods researcher, she specializes in data analysis, statistical modeling, and interdisciplinary inquiry. She applies advanced analytical techniques to extract insights that inform research, policy, and practice. With nearly five years of experience teaching courses in signal processing, machine learning, problem-solving and decision-making, and human systems in the workplace, Dr. Kukde is dedicated to developing students' analytical and critical thinking skills.
