PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY: As an accomplished educational research scientist and scholar, I am dedicated to exploring how credentials of value, career readiness, and workforce education influence economic mobility and self-efficacy. My interdisciplinary scholarship is deeply rooted in education sciences encompassing career and technical/vocational education, credentialing industry certifications and micro-credentials, and leadership. I bring extensive expertise in higher education, performance metrics, edtech, training and development, labor relations, project design, and management. With a keen professional interest in course and educational program design, multimedia activities, and entrepreneurship, I blend practical experience with academic rigor to develop innovative and transformative solutions that enhance educational outcomes and workforce readiness. My work is driven by a commitment to fostering economic opportunity and empowering individuals through education.
