Biography and Education

Crystal Brewer, MSN, RN, is a Clinical Faculty at Texas State University School of Nursing. Crystal earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing Education at Concordia University Texas. Her nursing experience includes emergency medicine, trauma, and critical care. Crystal is passionate about simulation and educating students in the clinical setting. As a U.S. Air Force veteran, she knows the importance of morale and sense of community while maintaining positive mental health and wellbeing. She is a strong supporter of taking Mindfulness Moments and is known for the encouragement and support she provides to her students to help their success in the academic environment.
