Biography
Dr. Maggie Wan is an Associate Professor of Management and the Scott Emerson Family Professor in Business at McCoy College of Business Administration. Her research focuses on work-family issues, positive organizational psychology, and cross-cultural human resource management. Her work has been published in various academic journals, including the Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, and Human Resource Management Journal. Dr. Wan serves the role of assistant director for SCALEUP, a university-wide program that helps the growth of small businesses. She also currently serves as the Associate Editor for the Journal of Vocational Behavior.
