Biography and education
Lisa Chrans is a faculty member and Program Coordinator in the College of Education with the Bachelor of General Studies degree, major in Integrated Studies. She teaches the interdisciplinary preparation course and the interdisciplinary portfolio capstone course. Previous courses she has taught include University Seminar 1100 and Communication 1310. She served as coordinator of the National Student Exchange Program for 24 years at Texas State. For nine years Lisa was also an academic advisor at Texas State for University College’s Exploratory and General Studies majors.
