Biography
Ngondo’s research interests are in strategic communication and international public relations (PR). Currently her goal is to understand and to explore how Ubuntu, an African philosophy emphasizing community, interconnectedness, and mutual respect, plays a significant role in shaping PR practices in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Ngondo earned a Ph.D. in Mass Communications from Texas Tech University, a M.A. from The University of Oklahoma and a B.S. from the University of South Dakota.
