Dr. Matari Gunter's Teaching Philosophy
Learning is lifelong. My passion is to motivate millennials and non-traditional students to sharpen their soft-power skills for a successful launch from the classroom to the workplace. The roadmap involves educating, enlightening, and inspiring these young adult minds to engage in effective written and oral communication that targets critical- thinking, problem-solving, and evidence-based reasoning that is clear, concise, and persuasive.
My additional passions include strategic communication, alignment of systems and processes, and increasing organizational efficiencies.
