Opeyemi Ojo, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Opeyemi Ojo is a doctorate-prepared Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 13 years of advanced practice nursing experience. Her clinical background spans family medicine, psychiatry, nephrology, pediatrics, and community-based care, with extensive experience serving diverse and underserved populations. Dr. Ojo has been involved in nursing education since 2018, teaching and mentoring students across both undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. She is passionate about preparing future nurse practitioners to integrate evidence-based practice, sound clinical judgment, compassionate care, and cultural awareness into their professional practice. In addition to her academic role, Dr. Ojo remains actively engaged in clinical practice, bringing current, real-world experiences into the classroom and clinical learning environment.
