Biography

Dr. Oluseyi Sowole is a Lecturer in the Department of Management at Texas State University’s McCoy College of Business. His teaching and professional interests focus on leadership, organizational behavior, organizational systems, culture, and performance management. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from the Graduate School of Business and Leadership, University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, with academic work centered on management and organizational leadership.
In addition to his academic experience, Dr. Sowole brings professional experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and consulting. His current research explores leadership as the design of organizational systems and the conditions that drive predictable performance within organizations.

Research Interests

Leadership, organizational behavior, organizational systems, organizational culture, performance management, systems thinking, workplace behavior, and the design of environments that support predictable organizational performance. Current research explores leadership as the design of organizational systems and the structural conditions that influence coordination, accountability, and sustained performance within organizations.
