Biography

Saul Gray is a strategic communications scholar-practitioner with nearly a decade of professional experience in public sector communications, crisis management, public affairs, and community engagement. His work bridges applied practice and academic instruction, particularly in high-risk, high-visibility institutional environments.

He serves as a Lecturer, teaching undergraduate courses in public relations, digital and online media, and emerging technologies. Alongside his teaching, he maintains an active professional practice in government communications, which informs his classroom instruction with current, real-world case studies and applied frameworks.
