Biography and Education

 Robee Ruiz is a Ph.D. student in the Criminal Justice and Criminology program at Texas State University. She graduated #4 out of 500 students from Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North High School in 2020. At the same time she received her high school diploma, she also earned an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice with honors from South Texas College.
She went on to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), graduating magna cum laude in 2022. She earned her Master’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from UTSA in 2024.
Robee has experience in the field, having worked as both a juvenile detention officer and an adult correctional officer.
