Biography
Dr. Mohamed Abdelkareem joined Texas State University as an Assistant Professor in the fall of 2024. He earned his M.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering in 2017 and his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering in 2019, both from the University of Central Florida. He completed his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Zagazig University in Egypt. Prior to joining TXST, Dr. Abdelkareem served as a postdoctoral associate at the University of Missouri, and the University of Central Florida, and as a lecturer in mechanical engineering at Zagazig University.
