Dr. Francisco A. Espinoza is an Industrial and Systems Engineer from Campus Monterrey; he obtained his MBA and certificate in Service Management from EGADE Business School in Monterrey Mexico. He also has a master’s in philosophy, certificate in Business Ethics and Ph.D. from Loyola University in Chicago, USA.Research Interests
