Biography

Christina Roach is an award-winning communication professional with over 12 years of experience creating social media content for organizations large and small.

Having spent most of her career helping government agencies build content that doesn't feel "government-y," she prides herself on finding the balance between giving audiences the information they need and making it POP. She also provides consulting services to clients looking to build brand awareness within the social sphere.

Outside of social media, Christina worked at the FinTech company Coinbase, where she developed knowledge management workflows and created process documentation to streamline operations and improve the customer experience.

She began teaching in 2022 at her alma mater, the University of Texas at Arlington, in the Public Relations program. After moving to Austin in 2023, she continued teaching as per-course faculty at Texas State University.

When she's not working, Christina enjoys traveling, exploring new parts of the city, gaming, and trying out new restaurants.
