This adjunct professor brings a wealth of experience with 20 years as an adult probation officer, specializing in sex offender supervision for 8 years. Additionally, she has 7 years of teaching criminal justice at the high school level and hold certifications as a paralegal and Texas mediator.

With two decades of dedicated service as a probation officer, this accomplished professional has demonstrated a profound commitment to the field of criminal justice. Specializing in sex offender supervision for significant portion of their career, they have developed a nuanced understanding of this critical aspect of public safety over eight years.

Beyond her role in law enforcement, this individual has also contributed to the education sector, bringing a wealth of practical experience to the high school level for the past seven years. As a criminal justice teacher, she imparts not only on theoretical knowledge but also real world insights that enrich the learning experience for her students.

A proud graduate of Texas State University in1996, the professor earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Corrections and a minor in Psychology.
