Biography and education
I fell in love with philosophy here at Texas State as an undergraduate (go Bobcats!), completed my PhD at UNT (go Mean Green!), taught at Ball State (chirp chirp!), and am delighted to find my way back to San Marcos! I am an assistant coach for our Intercollegiate Ethics Bowl team, who participate in competitive debate events each year. And I am the Managing Editor of Stance, an international undergraduate journal produced and edited entirely by undergraduate students! I am most interested in teaching experiential and immersive classes, including those that incorporate service learning.
