I was born and raised in Coahuila, Mexico. I went to college at the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Public Health and Nutrition. I completed my master's degree in Human Nutrition at Texas State University, as well as a Dietetic Internship.
