Biography and education
I received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Oberlin College in 2010 with a double major in History and Russian Language. I then received my Master of Arts (MA) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2013 and 2018 respectively. I am currently working on a book that is the first to analyze the Soviet reaction to the idea of international organization in the twentieth century.
