Biography Section

Biography and Education

Noah Brock is the MakerSpace Coordinator for the Alkek Library at Texas State University, where he oversees all operations of the MakerSpace that includes additive and subtractive fabrication technologies as well as traditional ways of making. He has extensive experience working in, building, and maintaining fabrication facilities for academic institutions including the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and the Facility for Arts Research at Florida State University where he received his Masters of Fine Arts. Noah teaches training and skills workshops related to physical creation of objects and has led multi-day workshops in 3D modeling and digital fabrication for grade school students all the way to practicing professionals.
