Biography and Education

PhD in Applied Physics (Medical & Materials)

Teaching Interests

Teach graduate and undergraduate physics classes including graduate level Semiconductor Device Nano-fabrication, Semiconductor Device Physics, Frontiers Nanoelectronics, Nanomaterials Processing, Applied Electronics, Quantum Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Classical Mechanics, Solid State Physics, Mathematical Physics, plus undergraduate level physics classes (LA and traditional lecture based, both algebra-based and calculus-based) including mechanics, electricity/magnetism, waves, heat, physics for life science majors etc.

Research Interests

- Experimental, computational and theoretical research in areas of Nanoscale science and engineering, medical physics, semiconductor process engineering etc.
