Biography and education
Vatsalya is a dedicated educator and a construction technology enthusiast. He holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Texas State University and Bachelor of Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.
Since he came to Texas State in 2020, he has been responsible for integrating the latest virtual-construction-techniques across many courses. His courses, such as the Construction Lab (CSM – 2262) and the Architectural Design I (CSM 2313) and Architectural Design II (CSM 4313), are designed to provide hands-on experience with the contemporary tools and techniques of the construction industry. His teaching philosophy is based on practical and applied learning with emphasis on strong student engagement.
