Biography and education
Dr. Mithil Mazumder joined Texas State University in 2019. He received his Ph.D. in Materials Science Engineering and Commercialization and M.S. in Technology Management with a major in Construction Management from Texas State University. Dr. Mazumder teaches several undergraduate and graduate courses in Construction Science and Management Program such as Construction Estimating, Sustainable Construction, Construction Safety, Construction Project Delivery, Construction Project Management & Scheduling, and Commercial Building & Construction Systems. His research interests include life cycle cost analysis, life cycle assessment, self-healing, characterizing and modeling of pavement materials, and pavement maintenance systems. His research has resulted in over 30 refereed journals, conference papers, and research reports that are well-cited around the country and the world.
