Nurse educator with over 9 years in clinical nursing education and over 20 years experience in clinical nursing with multifaceted clinical background expertise driven to influence the students diverse learning needs. Employing critical knowledge and staying abreast of the continuing healthcare challenges by evidence-based methods. Improving patient outcomes through continuity of care and care management through interdisciplinary collaboration, implementation of evidence-based practice, patient education, and nurse education and mentorship.Research Interests
