Biography
Judge Gazda was appointed to the position of Administrative Law Judge for the Social Security Administration in 2005. Prior to this appointment he served as in-house council at USAA and was in private practice. After his undergraduate degree and before going to law school, he served approximately 5 years on active duty with the U.S.Navy. He then continued in the U.S.Naval Reserve for 22 years, retiring in 2004 as a navy captain (06). Judge also obtained a master's degree in Political Science to further his educational credentials in law and government.
