Biography and Education
David Bennett earned his Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Texas A&M University, a Masters of Applied Philosophy and Ethics from Texas State University, and a Masters of Fine Arts in creative writing with a focus on literary fiction. He has been passionately teaching at Texas State University since 2011.
Teaching Interests
David Bennett has taught at Texas State University since 2011--working with both in class and online instruction. Constantly seeking innovation, David has striven to offer students a platform to increase student autonomy and self-discovery in learning by incorporating both creative and analytical thinking into a unified whole.
Research Interests
David Bennett has an eclectic array of interdisciplinary research and scholar interests in in both philosophy and other disciplines including history, 4E cognitive science, psychology, sociology, anthropology, literature and film.
