Biography and education
Bob Fischer has been at Texas State since 2011. He earned his PhD at the University of Illinois at Chicago and his BA at the State University University of New York at Geneseo. He works on a wide range of projects connected to animal welfare. He's especially interested in research and resources that can serve real-world decision-making.
