Biography and expertise
Born in Texas, I am a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where I received a BFA in Studio Art. I also hold an MFA in painting and drawing from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
Upon graduating in Chicago, I moved to California, where I exhibited, taught at several Southern CA schools, and ran a University Gallery. I currently live in Wimberley, Texas, where I continue my studio practice while teaching at Texas State University and exhibiting and curating at home and abroad.
