Biography and Education

BIOGRAPHY Elvia Perrin received her MFA from the University of North Texas at Denton, Texas, 2002. She was a collaborator, printer and artist at Flatbed Press in Austin, Texas for seven years. She was the Intaglio instructor and the class coordinator at Flatbed Press. Elvia taught Printmaking and Drawing I at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. She currently is a Lecturer of Art at Texas State University teaching foundationcourses and Printmaking 2 while working in her own printmaking studio. She has shown nationally and internationally. Elvia is co-founding and former Executive Director: PrintAustin, a city-wide contemporary print event. Elvia lives and works in Austin, Texas.
