Biography Section

Biography and Education

Prof. Todd earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Texas and a Ph.D. in English from Texas A&M University, where he was a Lechner Fellow. Prior to academia, he practiced transnational environmental and tort litigation at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP after clerking at the Supreme Court of Texas.

Teaching Interests

Business law, international law and transnational litigation, IP & technology law, sustainable development law

Research Interests

Interdisciplinary approaches to transnational litigation, complex litigation, tort law, and environmental justice.
