Biography and Education
Dr. Watkins received her Ph.D. from Louisiana State University. She has taught in many areas of accounting including financial, managerial, accounting information systems, auditing and ethics. Dr. Watkins also spent three years at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland where she taught UK GAAP and European financial statement analysis. Her research interests include financial accounting, audit quality and other issues relating to the public interest.Teaching Interests
